Experience
Candidates that are considered will have a minimum of five years of meal service experience in institution cafeteria-style serving. In addition to having exceptional leadership skills, it is important that the future manager/assistant manager also have experience in administration, planning, ordering, scheduling, inventory control, meal preparation, serving, and cleaning/maintenance.
