Dining Facility Manager

As a Dining Facility Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a cafeteria style dining facility, including, but not limited to:  menu planning; ordering subsistence and supplies; managing personnel to ensure proper receipt, storage, preparation and serving of food; meeting sanitation and safety requirements; completing administrative requirements. Qualified candidates will have five years of food service experience in a cafeteria style or multi-entree operation with complete meal service, with at least one year as a manager or assistant manager.
